Graebel CEO Ron Dunlap Appointed to WERC Board of Directors
Leveraging his more than 20 years in the talent mobility industry, Graebel CEO Ron Dunlap is lending his talents to the WERC Board of Directors. WERC is the preeminent talent mobility organization, providing information, education, and networking opportunities so global mobility professionals can exchange knowledge and expertise to advance, grow, and navigate the complexities and challenges of mobilizing talent throughout the world.
Ron was appointed as one of the newest directors of the industry group’s 2025 board, joining three other industry leaders that will guide the strategic vision of WERC and the future of the talent mobility industry.
Ron will officially step into the role on January 1, 2025, and will serve a three-year term. In this position, Ron will support the development and implementation of WERC’s strategic plan, ensuring the organization is at the forefront of industry changes and innovations; align the business operating plan and budget with the strategic plan; and represent the board through committee memberships, with corporate members and in WERC’s thought leadership efforts. These are all duties he’s familiar with, given his various leadership roles at Graebel, including his current standing as CEO.
In addition to his deep talent mobility experience, Ron will bring to the board a proven track record in driving innovation, which will be critical for WERC as the industry continues to evolve at an unprecedented pace.
