Talent Mobility Veteran Ian Johnson to Join Graebel as Chief Revenue Officer & EMEA Managing Director

I’m excited to announce that we’ll be welcoming Ian Johnson, Partner and EMEA Mobility Managed Services Markets Leader at EY, as our new Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and EMEA Managing Director this fall. Ian will be a member of our executive leadership team and will contribute to the acceleration of our global growth strategy, which aligns with our vision to be the talent mobility provider of choice.   

Ian has more than 20 years of experience as a business leader in global mobility – in addition to his current role at EY, he's held positions at BGRS, Sirva, Global Visas Ltd and Crown Relocation. Ian brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record of driving growth, innovation and business results. As Chief Revenue Officer, Ian will be responsible for defining and driving Graebel’s growth strategy and for leading our world-class sales and marketing teams. As EMEA Managing Director, he’ll join our incredible EMEA leadership team, amplifying our presence in the region and accelerating our growth.  

Ian has chosen to join our team at an inflection point for Graebel, where we are building on our track record of talent mobility success while actively innovating and preparing for the future. Positive momentum and change are in the air at Graebel and Ian will help lead that change, leveraging his drive, curiosity and competitive spirit. With Ian joining the team, Graebel is poised to realize our fullest potential as the leading worldwide talent mobility player that we are.

About the Author

Ron Dunlap is President of Graebel Companies, Inc. With Graebel since January 2009, Ron was first hired as vice president of strategic sourcing. Today, he serves as the organization’s president. In this role, Ron drives development of the company’s strategy, focused on enhancing the client and assignee experiences, advancing Graebel’s technology strategy and capabilities, and elevating its business performance to meet the challenges and opportunities of the future. After serving in the U.S. Air Force, Ron earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Wichita State University and a master’s and doctorate degree in experimental psychology and statistics from Texas Tech University. Following graduation, he returned to government service as a research scientist for the Department of Defense. Prior to coming onboard, Ron spent nine years in global mobility at Prudential Real Estate and Relocation Services where he oversaw diverse functional areas including IT, reporting, operations, client and vendor management, quality performance, planning and analysis.
