As we navigate a vastly new world in 2021 and beyond, our corporate social responsibility (CSR) efforts have grown even more focused and central to how we operate as a business and interact with our global neighbors and communities.

By supporting global humanitarian and social rights, making a formal pledge to improve our climate by reaching net zero carbon emissions by 2030 and giving back through charitable global efforts, we continue to put the needs of our employees, clients, society and environment first. A commitment to having a positive impact on environmental, social and governance issues (ESG), and our alignment with the principles of the UN Global Compact, is in Graebel’s DNA.

Equitable, safe and sustainable: Turning commitments into action

Our 2020-2021 CSR Report highlights the activities and progress that demonstrate Graebel’s commitment to maintain an equitable, safe and sustainable working environment.

Each year, the UN Global Compact conducts an annual review process that now includes 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). And for the fifth consecutive year, we compiled our efforts and confirmed our active participation with the United Nations as it aligns to these SDG goals.

In our 2020-2021 Report, you’ll read how we are:

  • Expanding our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, including appointing a global lead and regional leaders around the world
  • Joining The Climate Pledge with a commitment to achieve net-zero carbon emissions by 2040
  • Strengthening our Move for Hunger partnership and aligning with other key charities that reflect our People-first promise
  • Partnering with a network of suppliers worldwide to embrace sustainable services and practices
