Awarded 1st Place in HRO Today’s 2018 Relocation Baker’s Dozen

Celebrating 2018

An independent survey of human resource and talent management professionals conducted by HRO Today Magazine, placed Graebel as the overall winner for relocation services in its annual Baker’s Dozen Customer Satisfaction Rating: Relocation.

This is the fifth time Graebel has earned first place in the customer satisfaction relocation category, while also consistently ranking in the top-tier of this independent survey of human resource and talent management for the past 10 years.

“As a global organization, our team manages the breadth of relocation services for our clients and their assignees.” said Bill Nemer, CRP, GMS-T, President, Relocation Services, “Our people-first culture keeps our focus on exceeding client expectations and delivering an exceptional experience for everyone. Graebel is honored to have achieved the first place ranking in the 2018 Baker’s Dozen Relocation survey.”

Graebel manages over 80,000 annual mobility initiations across 165 countries and employs nearly 900 people worldwide. The award for relocation service excellence is based on customer surveys across three relocation service measures: breadth of service features, deal sizes, and quality of services. The data confirmed that Graebel offered the broadest scope of services and handled larger projects than the other companies under consideration – while maintaining high customer service satisfaction scores.

With Graebel’s No. 1 ranking in customer satisfaction in relocation services, Elliot Clark, CEO of HRO Today, noted: “Graebel is clearly one of the largest players in the relocation services and employee mobility industry. They have achieved this size without sacrificing customer service, and they are the industry leaders for both size of engagement and the breadth of their service offering.”
