Elevating Connections & Amplifying Impact at Graebel's 2025 Partner Alliance Conference

Recap of the Graebel 2025 Partner Alliance Conference

Graebel’s 25th Annual Partner Alliance Conference was held March 31–April 1 at The Joseph in Nashville, Tennessee, bringing together 106 strategic partners from around the world for a dynamic and collaborative experience. This year marked an exciting evolution of the event as the Partner Alliance Conference was colocated alongside our insideMOBILITY® eventinsideMOBILITY AMPLIFIED. The result was a richer platform for dialogue, alignment, and collective impact among Graebel, our partners, and our clients.

Shaping what’s next, together

Over the course of the event, attendees engaged in meaningful discussions across three expertly curated panels. The first, led by Graebel leadership and Shared Vision Council members, explored themes of innovation, sustainability and the future of partnerships. The second, hosted by Client Services, focused on best practices and real-world collaboration strategies that elevate the mobile employee experience. Rounding out the agenda, the third panel—featuring Insight Council clients—delivered fast-paced insights into emerging industry trends and expectations, all viewed through the lens of our four guiding pillars: Grow, Innovate, Know and Perform.

One of the standout moments of the event was The Quest, an interactive and engaging workshop designed to spark creative problem-solving and collaboration. Attendees rotated through four themed stations—Trend Tracker, Innovation Lab, Collaboration Canvas and Vision Vault—each closely tied to one of the Partner Alliance pillars. With hands-on discussions and fresh perspectives, this immersive experience generated exciting new ideas that will undoubtedly shape our future collaboration.

Attendees from both the insideMOBILITY and Partner Alliance communities came together to bring the People-First Promise to life. Facilitated by Joey Ham, Vice President of Customer Experience, and Andy Pierce, Senior Vice President of Global Supplier Development, the session introduced this collaborative tool—designed to enhance communication between Graebel consultants, supplier partners and employees. Working side-by-side, participants identified key employee needs, explored practical solutions and shared real-world insightsultimately helping to co-create the next level of relocation support, one that truly puts people first. As Joey shared, “This opportunity provided all stakeholders the ability to work together to focus on what matters most—creating even better experiences for mobile employees.”

Making an impact

Sustainability continues to be a guiding principle in how we plan and execute our events. At this year’s conference, we took a number of thoughtful steps to reduce our environmental impact and give back to the local community, including:

  • Donated post-event floral arrangements to a local nursing home, bringing joy to residents and staff while reducing landfill waste.
  • Designed menu selections around seasonal and locally sourced items, and adjusted order volumes to minimize excess food and packaging waste.
  • Chose local offsite venues within walking distance of the event conference center, reducing reliance on transportation and lowering emissions.
  • Donated leftover materials and supplies to Turnip Green Creative Reuse, a Nashville nonprofit that diverts usable goods from landfills for arts education and community creativity.

Amplified by the music

The conference playlist brought energy and personality to our activities and awards presentation. Before the event, attendees submitted song suggestions—leaning into the spirit of Nashville while also sharing their personal favorites. The final playlist was a collaborative effort between Partner Alliance and insideMOBILITY attendees, and you can listen to it here: insideMOBILITY Amplified Playlist.
