Transparency is integral to everything we do at Graebel, including our sustainability efforts. Over the past 12 months, we’ve achieved several of our environmental, social and governance (ESG) milestones, helping to leave a positive impact on the global communities where we live and work. And, while we’re taking a moment to celebrate these successes, we also recognize that our work toward protecting and advancing our planet for future generations is never truly done.  

Our sustainability report is not only a display of our progress, but our roadmap to a more sustainable, inclusive and transformative future.

Environmental Highlights: Reducing Emissions Throughout the Supply Chain  

  • Minimized Scopes 1, 2 and 3 greenhouse gas emissions, including a 23.8% decrease in Scope 3 emissions compared to 2021 baselines
  • Grew our Graebel Sustainability Partner program to 82 qualified participants
  • Reduced our office footprint and minimized waste at all in-person events 

 

Social Highlights: Fostering Belonging in the Talent Mobility Community 

  • Launched two new employee resource groups (ERGs) – PRIDE (LGBTQ+ People Respecting Individual Differences and Equality) and WISE (Women Inspiring Success and Empowerment)
  • Increased the representation of women in leadership by 9%, nearly half of our 20% goal by 2025, and maintained our 10.3% increase of people of color in leadership from 2022 
  • Supported 28 global organizations through volunteer work and year-round fundraising initiatives 

 

Governance Highlights: Leading Transformative Change Together  

  • Achieved a 99.3% employee completion rate of data protection and security training
  • Shared our expertise at 8 industry events to spread the word and help establish industry sustainability policies and standards 
  • Celebrated Bill Graebel’s shift to focusing on his board chair role, providing support and professional guidance to meet the accelerating pace of change in global mobility
