Following a detailed independent survey of human resource and talent management professionals, HRO Today Magazine announced the results of its annual Baker’s Dozen Customer Satisfaction Rating: Relocation. Graebel was honored with second-place, which continues a near decade-long top tier placement since 2009.
Graebel helps some of the world’s largest companies manage absolutely everything in relocating their people. “As a family-owned company with a people-first culture, Graebel continuously strives to exceed client expectations” said Bill Nemer, President of Graebel Relocation Services Worldwide, “I believe our focus on teamwork, providing our clients with a higher return on mobility and a more inviting experience overall, is why our clients choose to participate in this survey and rate our performance so highly year after year.”
About the survey
In order to determine the overall ranking, HRO Today analyzes results across three subcategories: breadth of service features, deal sizes, and quality of services. Buyers of the related services complete confidential questionnaires on their experiences with their relocation management company. Using a predetermined algorithm that weighs questions and categories based on importance, HRO Today calculates scores in all three subcategories as well as an overall score. The rankings are based on those scores. Click here to learn more.
