Imagine the Possibilities: Shaping the future through collaboration and innovation

Recap of the Graebel 2023 Partner Alliance Conference

Graebel’s 23rd Annual Partner Alliance Conference took place October 22-24 at the Westin Denver International Airport in Colorado. We welcomed over 200 partners from 40 countries to the event which gathered representatives from our network of mobility service providers to learn, share information and acknowledge the outstanding accomplishments within their respective fields. The two-day conference included panel discussions with clients and partners, engaging workshops and opportunities for networking.

This year, we asked our partners to “Imagine the Possibilities” — to look beyond the challenges of the immediate future and envision what’s possible through a mutual focus on collaboration and innovation. In his opening remarks, SVP of Global Supplier Development, Andrew Pierce, shared that even though 2023 has been a challenging year for our industry, we can each take steps and make decisions to adapt to a changing world and set ourselves up for future success. He noted, “There’s never been a more important time than now to collaborate with one another. By working together … we can each drive better business results, realize efficiencies and provide more value … [to] set ourselves up for the positive outcomes we want to see in the years ahead."

Together, we imagined the possibilities

Panel discussions provided opportunities for our partners to hear about key topics shaping the business landscape and ways to elevate the customer experience. Topics covered included:

  • Managing business today and tomorrow
  • Collaborative excellence
  • Strategic collaboration

In addition to a host of Graebel experts, guest panelists included corporate mobility leaders from Zendesk, UPS and Legend Biotech; and Graebel partner executives from Morreale Real Estate Services, Inc., SilverDoor Apartments, Gerson & Grey and Home Sweet Home.

Attendees also participated in interactive workshops where they were challenged to imagine the potential in the world ahead as we navigate the ever-changing, polycrisis landscape of business. Another workshop topic focused on unveiling the modern consumer, where participants explored the evolving role of choice and understanding consumer behavior in relocation today.

Making a difference

Sustainability is always front of mind and we built our program with that in consideration. Some of the sustainable actions we took included:

  • Minimized travel by selecting a venue accessible from the airport and major travel hubs
  • Distributed name badges made of compostable paper and wildflower seeds, which could be planted after the conference
  • Eliminated plastic water bottles and switched to reusable bottles, reducing plastic waste by 500 bottles
  • Utilizing digital signage instead of printed signage and banners

Music to our ears

The music playlist that was used throughout the conference served as an energetic backdrop for all the activities and award presentations. Event attendees chose the music selections on-site during the event and you can access the playlist below:
