Global Mobility Market Research Ranks Graebel as one of the Leading Relocation Management Companies (RMCs)

Trippel Survey & Research, LLC® released its 19th annual research report on relocation management companies (RMC) performance and satisfaction, as measured by more than 350 relocation managers. Trippel is one of the few independent sources of research in the global mobility industry and rankings not impacted by any monetary contribution from the RMC. Contact us to see the full report.

Graebel earned the highest evaluations in Overall Satisfaction among seven of the largest corporate relocation management companies (RMCs), aggregating rankings from all 17 categories like financial stability, technology and performance throughout COVID-19, among others.

“This recognition is such an honor for Graebel because it’s a vote of confidence from our clients about our people-first mobility approach,” said Bill Graebel, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Graebel Companies, Inc. “Our team works hard every day to deliver exceptional experiences to mobile employees worldwide, while helping talent mobility leaders implement strategic mobility programs that move their businesses forward.”

In addition to Overall Satisfaction, Graebel also earned top evaluations among its largest seven competitors in numerous other categories. A particularly meaningful data point is the ranking for Organizational & Financial Stability as Graebel outperformed its seven largest competitors.

“2020 has already been Graebel’s biggest year in welcoming new clients. Many of the world’s leading brands chose Graebel because of our ability to successfully navigate the pandemic and economic crisis, while demonstrating continued growth and stability,” says George Bates, Chief Revenue Officer. “There has been substantial volatility in our industry and the global pandemic only compounded that instability. Yet I’m inspired by the entire global mobility industry, inclusive of all mobility teams, RMCs and supplier partners, for demonstrating agility and empathy while helping deploy top talent around the world safely.”

Graebel earned the top scores amongst the seven largest competitors (based on estimated global headcount) in the following categories:

  • Overall Satisfaction
  • Overall RMC Performance
  • Quality: Consistent high standards of performance
  • Organizational and Financial Stability: Low personnel turnover and solid financial resources
  • Data Security: Technology and infrastructure to keep client data private and secure
  • Performance managing workforce and ability to meet needs due to COVID-19

In addition, when asked if mobility leaders would likely keep their current service provider, Graebel was one of two RMCs among the 13 service providers with the best evaluations for Likelihood of Continuing Services.
