Faces of Graebel: Get to Know Us!

It’s happening around us every day – stories about Graebel employees who go above and beyond their normal, day-to-day responsibilities. They help others in need, build cultural bridges and donate time to social and environmental causes. Because altruism is at the core of who they are, they make a difference at work and at home – in their local communities and around the globe.

In this section of our website, you’ll find examples of employees who reflect Graebel’s culture and values of truth, love and integrity. In addition to celebrating these individuals, we hope that their stories will inspire others to “leave the world better than we found it.”

Casey Phelps, Senior Vice President, Client Services (EMEA) – Prague, Czech Republic

In February 2022, Casey saw, first-hand, the tragic circumstances confronting Ukrainian refugees who were desperately pouring into Prague, following the invasion of Ukraine by Russia. She put her considerable energy and organizational skills to work to help provide daily necessities and longer-term support for these new arrivals so they could begin to move forward with their lives.

“A lot of people doing little things to help makes a big difference.”

Eunice Chin, International Assignment Consultant, Singapore

Eunice’s concern for the welfare of others – whether she’s working with mobile employees in the APAC region or volunteering to meet the daily needs of the elderly in her community – comes naturally to her. In both situations, she applied the principles of caring deeply and understanding clearly, which are key elements of Graebel’s people-first brand promise.

“I’ve always tried to help on my own, but it’s much more powerful to pull together and work as a team.”

Tabiatha Paquette, Global Client Development, Denver Colorado

Tabiatha goes the extra mile for her clients every day with Graebel’s people-first mindset. She takes the same approach in her personal life because that’s simply who she is. Recently, she helped an immigrated family from Afghanistan get a new start in the United States.

“My husband, Scott, and I have helped many organizations in the past – volunteering is a big part of who we are and how we raised our children.”
