Graebel’s clients rely on a mobile workforce with professionals willing and able to accept assignments around the globe. Given the seeming growth in global unrest, we thought it was important to find out how members of the first U.S. graduating class of Post-Millennials feel about taking on international assignments. We’re happy to report that according to a survey of 500 U.S. college seniors, conducted for us by Cite Research in August 2017, most of these young adults clearly are eager to work internationally. But their motivations, goals and expectations may surprise you! Human Resource and Mobility professionals might want to reconsider their recruitment messaging and relocation benefits offerings in light of the findings summarized here.
